the hotel has really great location. it is close to the spanish steps. i booked airport transfers via the hotel. communication was smooth and easy. the staff were kind during check in and check out.
the room door was paper thin. i could hear corridor noise easily. sound insulation wasn't adequate here. i barely slept because of this noise.

the staff provides restaurant recommendations via whatsapp. they arrange private airport transfers too. the staff is really helpful and friendly. you dont feel like they are just working.

The staff addressed every request promptly. I'm so thankful. the location was genuinely perfect, close to major attractions and convenient for exploring. the room was clean, and i really appreciate the daily housekeeping service. the modern decor throughout the hotel created a chic and cute atmosphere.
i noticed slight street noise during the evenings, but it didn't disrupt my sleep too much.

the beautiful double or twin room was spacious and well-kept. the air conditioning worked efficiently, providing relief from the weather. fresh towels and linens arrived daily, and the bed offered supreme comfort ensuring restful sleep.

I adored the high ceilings. They added such grandeur to the room. the reception staff was amazingly helpful, assisting with every request i had. also, the on-site restaurant was such a treat. It offered delicious meals in a beautiful setting. luggage assistance was also available and very efficient.
Honestly, i noticed some slight noise from the hallway at times. It wasn't a major issue, but sensitive sleepers might want earplugs.

The location was fantastic , providing very easy access to everything. The staff were friendly and accommodating . The room included Netflix.
The room lacked a coffee machine and an iron. it felt quite dark , with no view and I thought pricy for what it offered.
